Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and maintain financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in bookkeeping/accounting roles
- Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
- Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Organized & Reliable: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
