We're a fast-growing, health-forward açaí company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our crew and bring the OAKBERRY energy to life through great service and quality açaí bowls and smoothies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve açaí bowls and smoothies in accordance with OAKBERRY CA's quality and presentation
• standards.
• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, friendly environment.
• Educate customers on our menu items and the health benefits of our offerings.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and operate the card register accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking vendor orders.
• Ensure store systems (lighting, music, electronics) are aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces throughout the shift.
• Stay up to date on ingredients to support customers with dietary preferences or restrictions.

QUALIFICATION

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional service.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule.
• Valid California Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain one prior to first shift).

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Job Type: Part-Time

Hourly Rate: $16.50–$22.00 per hour (inclusive of estimated tips, based on experience and skills)

Shifts are typically 5 hours per day, with availability for the following:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Midday Shift: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Closing Shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekend and holiday availability is required.
