About the role

We provide all decorations, materials, and project details so you can focus on what you do best: creating stunning holiday designs! As a Lead Holiday Decorator, you’ll oversee installations, bring creative vision to each project, and ensure our clients’ homes sparkle for the season.

What you'll do

•Bring holiday magic to life in homes

•Lead a small team on-site and guide assistants to complete projects efficiently

•Design and style Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, and full-room décor with creativity and precision, using the supplies provided by Noel Decor.

•Ensure each project reflects Noel Decor’s high standards and client expectations

•Manage time and workflow so projects finish smoothly and on schedule

•Communicate with clients and represent Noel Decor with professionalism and holiday cheer

Qualifications

•Professional Christmas decorating experience required (portfolio or photos of past work strongly encouraged)

• Strong eye for design and ability to execute luxury-level holiday aesthetics

• Experience leading a team or managing on-site workflow

• Excellent time-management skills — ability to stay on schedule without sacrificing detail

• Professionalism and strong client-facing communication skills

• Reliable SUV or similar vehicle to transport décor and supplies

• Comfortable climbing ladders to decorate trees up to 12 ft

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Anywhere from 1-3 days per install (anywhere from 1-10 installs a season) based on clients/decorators schedule.
