  • Organize and facilitate Family Support Groups to build connection and resilience.
  • Partner with families to support successful discharge and reintegration plans for individuals served.

  • Education, Experience, and Licenses/Certifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with families in a site supporting individuals served (preferred).

  • Why Join Us?

Joining our team means being part of a mission-driven environment where family-centered care is at the heart of everything we do. As a Family Engagement Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to help families feel supported, informed, and empowered during some of their most challenging times. You’ll work in a collaborative, values-driven setting that encourages growth, fosters meaningful connections, and allows you to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals served and their families.

If you’re a compassionate, skilled nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
