Production Supervisor

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join its leadership team. This position plays a key role in overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise production floor operations, providing clear instructions and hands-on support for tasks such as:Capping bottled productsLoading and palletizing boxesPreparing products for shipmentMonitor and optimize production line performance to meet targets.Ensure the availability of materials and components at each production line.Maintain compliance with cGMP standards and enforce safety protocols.Manage schedules and approve employee absences as needed.Communicate goals, expectations, and performance metrics to team members.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.Oversee cleanliness and organization of production areas, ensuring a safe work environment.Handle incident reporting and ensure timely escalation when needed.
QualificationsPrevious experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership is required.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage time effectively and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated focus on quality management, safety, and process improvement.Ability to lift 1025 lbs and work on a production floor, including climbing a 3-tier ladder.
Work Schedule2nd Shift: Monday through ThursdayHours: 3:30 PM 2:00 AMEnjoy a 4x10 workweek, providing a three-day weekend.
