Installer, Residential HVAC at Standard Heating & Air Conditioning Inc – Minneapolis, Minnesota

We have an opening for an experienced Installer. This vital role works in residential HVAC servicing new and existing furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and related equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems to include duct work, furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and ductless equipment.
• Conduct pre-job surveys.
• Drive to/from residential homes throughout the metro area and keeps a stocked, well-maintained, company issued vehicle.
• Provide high level customer service.
• Follow all safety policies and practices.
• Collaborate with other technicians, sales representatives, and subcontractors as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High personal integrity and desire to serve others.
• Formal HVAC education and/or at least 2 years of experience in system replacement.
• Strong customer service & communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license & safe driving record.
• Competency cards for Minneapolis and/or St. Paul preferred.
• EPA certification.
