Essential Job Duties:

• Responsible for making a great first impression with a warm greeting & smile
• Seating membership in the dining room, and leaving a lasting impression as they leave.
• Answers incoming calls and transfers the person to another area in the club
• Assesses needs of members and guests and refers them to the appropriate services available
• Takes lunch and dinner Reservations for the dining rooms
• Takes special event reservations and keeps the reservation book updated and organized
• Communicates to membership via email & telephone
• Ensures all food and wine menus are current and ready to be distributed to the members/guests.
• Updates members on current events and stays up-to date on activities throughout the club.

• Strong communication and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong Phone Skills
• Organized and efficient
• Able to acquire menu knowledge
• Flexible to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
• Hospitality experience preferred
