What You’ll Do

• Dispatch and prioritize service calls to technicians

• 3+ years of HVAC dispatching or service coordination experience
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; dispatching software experience preferred
