Clinical Supervisor at Jewish Family Services of Silicon Valley – Los Gatos, California

Job Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision and oversight to care management staff across programs to ensure high quality client centered care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in weekly 1:1 supervision sessions with all care managers to review caseload, troubleshoot issues that arise, support in biopsychosocial case formulation, and provide feedback and support to staff.

• Ensure that client documentation is completed within 24-48hrs of service provided and is in line with all funder expectations.

• Responsible for performance management and feedback for care management staff.

• Participate in interviewing and hiring new care managers.

• Provide comprehensive orientation for new care management staff to clinical client-based service expectations.

• Identify training needs in care management staff; provide training to the care management team as within scope of practice and expertise.

• Review client charts for quality service delivery and contractual expectations, specifically review clinical documentation (i.e. assessments and care plans) for new care management staff.

• Be responsive and available to care managers as issues arise in real time.

Qualifications:

Education:

• MSW or RN degree

o LCSW preferred

• 5 years’ experience in care management with older and/or disabled adults and disadvantaged populations o 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred

Experience:

• Experience with Medi-Cal funded programs

• Experience with trauma survivors

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year.

This position is full-time, exempt, 37.5 hours/week. Salary is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
