Account Test at Arrow Technologies (HCM)

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with the ability to manage financial records and reports effectively.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data and adherence to internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and variances.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance financial operations.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
