THE ROLE

You’ll take full ownership of your section, delivering smooth, confident service from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role in a busy, high-performing restaurant where attention to detail and energy on the floor matter.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Running your own section with confidence and consistency

• Guiding guests through the menu and making recommendations

• Delivering polished, attentive service throughout the dining experience

• Working closely with a fast-paced front of house team

• Thriving during busy services while maintaining high standards

ABOUT YOU

You’re confident, personable and genuinely enjoy creating great guest experiences.

You bring

• Experience as a Section Waiter in a full-service restaurant

• Confidence managing a busy section

• Strong communication skills and natural rapport with guests

• Solid food and wine knowledge

• A positive attitude and team-first mindset

You’ll need

• Current NSW RSA

• Availability for nights and weekends
