Nonna doesn’t do quiet service.
She doesn’t do lazy plates.
And she definitely doesn’t do just okay.
She does full tables, big energy and a room that never really slows down.
We are building the opening team now. We are looking for section waiters who can take control of a section, read a room properly and keep service moving when it gets busy.
If you know how to run a section without being told what to do, Nonna already likes you.

The role
This is your section to run.
Look after your guests from start to finish
Know the menu, the specials and what you are selling
Keep service smooth, even when the pace picks up
Work closely with runners, bartenders and the kitchen
Stay in control of your section during busy services
Upsell naturally and read your tables
Keep your space clean, organised and sharp
You are not just serving tables. You are running a section.

You can manage a full section without supervision
