Basic to moderate knowledge of & skilled in wide variety of applications, operating systems, protocols & equipment used in customer organization. Knowledge of net-works, Microsoft Server OS & Microsoft XPS; installation & repair experience of servers & personal computers. Basic to moderately complex problem solving skills. Basic to moderately complex analytical methods. Ability to troubleshoot, debug & repair computers & related desktop software. Knowledge of processing of information in an information technology environment. Able to communicate effectively, written & verbal, with customers, peers & mgmt. Ability to provide advice & asst.
A high school diploma and 5 yrs. experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment or related systems. A degree in a related field may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
