LOCATION: Waterford, WI

Steffens Insurance Group in Waterford, WI is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service professional to join our growing team. This full-time, in-office position focuses on managing accounts, supporting clients with policy service, renewals, endorsements, and claims, while delivering excellent customer service. Training and professional development opportunities are provided for the right candidate. Must have an active Wisconsin Property and Casualty insurance license.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service professional, you will be the primary contact for clients, handling personal lines policies and ensuring exceptional service. You will manage policy updates, communicate with carriers, and maintain accurate records, all while fostering strong client relationships and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage accounts and serve as the main client contact
Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage questions
Assist clients with claims and coordinate with insurance carriers
Ensure accurate client records in agency management systems and technology platforms
Collaborate with team members to provide solutions and maintain high client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on insurance products, Wisconsin P&C regulations, and industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS
Active Property and Casualty License in Wisconsin
1-2 years of experience in insurance account management or client service
Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
Tech-savvy and proficient with agency management systems, carrier platforms, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and policy service
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Reliable, accountable, and a team player who contributes to a positive office culture

Base pay plus performance bonuses (estimated $50,000 - $75,000)
