Administrative Assistant II - Archbold Living Thomasville

Position Description:

Welcome and assist visitors

Prioritization and coordination of operations of the facility, exhibiting good operational skills and responsibility

Process data in Microsoft Office and other programs as required

Coordinate, schedule, and take notes for meetings

Provide payroll/time management support to employees and managers

Submit work orders, support tickets, and manage office supplies

Complete and submit various reports as needed

Demonstrates the ability to coordinate various schedules and/or appointments for both residents and staff

Supports employee engagement initiatives

Position Requirements

Good visual acuity

Considerable amount of sitting, stooping, and some lifting necessary

Good memory for details, strong organization skills

The ability to remain calm in stressful situations

An understanding of residents' rights

Must be able to respect privacy and confidentiality of both residents and employees

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

No experience required
