Personal Care Aide at Monarch Meadow LLC – 490 Coolspring Street, Pennsylvania

Monarch Meadow, LLC is looking for responsible and reliable individuals to provide certain services to help maintain and strengthen resident's independence and dignity in a family life atmosphere, and who safeguards the living environment that may be disrupted by illness, social maladjustment or other situations that may develop. The Personal Care Aide helps the resident to regain abilities that are temporally impaired or to adjust to permanent disabilities.

1. High school diploma or Ged equivalent

2. Ability to read, Write and speak English

3. Has experience in group or residential settings

4. Evidence of good physical and mental health

5. Ability to bend, lift, transfer residents and push/pull wheelchairs

6. Ability and willingness to work stated times including flexible hours

7. Interest in and caring attitude toward the residents

8. Must respect and show concern for all residents regardless of age, race, religion, gender, nationally or mental status.

9. Must have willingness to accept and learn from supervision

10. Warm and outgoing personality

11. Must understand and respect the need for confidentiality in regard to the details of any assignment and the situations of the family involved.

12. Willingness to abide by Monarch Meadow, LLC personnel policies
