Host/Hostess – Anson11 | Part-Time

Job Summary

The Host / Hostess is a key figure at Anson11. This position manages the flow of the restaurant, greets arriving guests, welcomes them into the restaurant and escort them to their table.

Qualifications

• 1-2 yrs. of customer service experience, restaurant experience preferred.
• Effective team-player with awesome attention to detail.
• Demonstrate ability to greet guests, answer phone, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages in a professional manner.
• Able to remain calm in a fast-paced team environment.
• Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts.
• Able to stand, bend, and reach for entire shift, lift, and carry up to 30lbs.
