We are looking for a patent filing specialist or patent assistant who has at least two years of experience handling various patent prosecution related tasks. Foreign filing experience is required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Some example tasks where experience is preferred include:

-Preparing filing materials for, and filing, US Office Action responses;

-Preparing filing materials for, and filing, US provisional and non-provisional applications;

-Preparing filing materials for, and filing, PCT applications;

-Corresponding with foreign associates for foreign patent matters (e.g., filing of foreign applications, filing of foreign Office Action responses); and

-Remaining current with, and tracking, relevant docketing deadline for US, foreign and international patent matters.

Our working arrangement is a hybrid working arrangement, with in-office attendance likely more regularly required to start during training on our processes, and eventual transitioning to a more regular hybrid arrangement based on performance.
