Job Description

Lead a team. Grow your career. Make a splash in your community.

We’re growing across South Australia and looking for leaders, from experienced managers to those ready for their first leadership role.

No aquatic background? No problem. If you’ve led or worked in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer service and you’re great with people, we’ll teach you the rest.

Choose your level

  • Operations Manager: You’ve run a site or store and you’re ready to lead a swim school. You’ll own operations, people, rostering, safety and performance.

  • Assistant Operations Manager: You have some leadership experience and want more. You’ll work alongside the Operations Manager to run the school and develop the team.

  • Trainee Operations Manager: You’re ready to step into leadership. We’ll coach you to build your skills and confidence as your responsibility grows.

Leadership that gets wet

Our managers lead from the pool deck and in the water. Every manager holds an aquatic education qualification and works regular in-water shifts, teaching lessons and supervising programs. Not qualified yet? We’ll support you to get there.

What you’ll do

  • Run the day-to-day of a busy swim school

  • Lead, coach and grow a great team, from recruitment through to development

  • Manage rosters and resources

  • Teach, supervise and keep our program safe and consistent

  • Build strong relationships with swimmers and families

  • Keep standards high and help drive improvement

What you’ll bring

  • Leadership experience, or the drive to develop it

  • Strong communication skills and a people-first approach

  • Organisation, reliability and initiative

  • Openness to learning and feedback

  • A willingness to get qualified and teach in the water

  • Full-time availability, including one weekend day each week

What you’ll get

Hands-on training, ongoing coaching and support from experienced leaders across our network, guided by our values: People First, Stronger Together, Do What’s Right, Not What’s Easy, and Better Tomorrow Than Today.
