Position Overview

Were hiring dependable Production Support Associates to support daily manufacturing operations in the Bin Builder Area. This hands-on role involves preparing, assembling, and organizing bins, Gaylords, and other materials needed for production. This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-minded, reliable, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Rake and level preforms in open bins.

• Place lids on bins and insert bags according to production requirements.

• Build, strap, and stage Gaylords.

• Assemble and prepare bins for production.

• Move and organize materials within the work area.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Perform additional production support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout a 12-hour shift.

• Ability to work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to safety and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred, but not required.

Safety glasses, hearing protection, and a high-visibility vest are provided.
