TIG Welder at PS Seasonings – Hartford, Wisconsin

We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable employee. As a Pro Smoker TIG Welder you’ll be responsible for supporting the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials
• Position, align, fasten and install piping, fixtures or electrical components to form assemblies and subassemblies
• Run and install wires/wiring between electrical components and test same
• Assemble and install plumbing valves and fittings for pipes, fixtures and equipment and test same
• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or blueprints
• TIG weld on stainless steel parts
• Record product and order information on specified forms and records
• Use forklift to move materials
• Comply with quality and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Previous experience in production environment
• Previous forklift experience
• Basic math skills required
• Previous experience with light electrical assembly and plumbing
• Good finger and hand dexterity
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing and climbing
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to work necessary overtime
