The Spirit of the Position:
Salary: $55,000 $59,000 annually
Schedule: Varies based on operational needs (includes evenings, weekends, and events)
The Facilities Manager provides operational leadership and oversight for multiple parking facilities within the Cincinnati market. This role ensures safe, efficient, and professional parking operations while driving team accountability, customer experience excellence, and financial performance.
This position is people-focused. The Facilities Manager leads, develops, and holds teams accountable while maintaining strong time management practices and resolving conflict with professionalism and consistency. This leader models LAZ Parkings servant leadership culture while maintaining clear operational standards.

Principal Job Duties:
Operational Leadership
- Provide oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple facilities.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Manage staffing plans, scheduling, and labor allocation.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, safety standards, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate maintenance vendors and oversee preventative maintenance efforts.
- Support event operations and special initiatives as required.
Team Leadership & Conflict Resolution
- Directly supervise frontline team members and supervisors.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Conduct coaching conversations and administer corrective action when necessary.
- Address employee and customer conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Assist in preparation and review of budgets and financial performance.
- Monitor labor costs, overtime, and operational expenses.
- Review revenue reporting and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a leadership presence for clients and property stakeholders.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain consistent communication with regional leadership.
Support new business transitions and operational improvements as needed. Education:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in parking, facilities, hospitality, or related service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams across multiple work environments.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
- Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands:
