Job Description
- Connect with customers from company-provided warm leads to discuss vehicle protection coverage options
- Quickly build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend the most appropriate coverage plan
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions
- Use internal systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and maintain customer records
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on available coverage options
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics including sales conversions, calls, and lead development
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing sales development

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience (inside sales or phone-based experience preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within posted business hours
- Comfort working in a remote environment with multiple systems and screens
- Strong verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales or telesales
- Experience working with CRM or lead management systems
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Enjoy connecting with people and helping them make confident purchasing decisions

This role operates within the following hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST
Your weekday schedule is set and would vary based on a varying 9 hour shift (1 hour for lunch). Each Warranty Specialist will work one late shift per week and one Saturday a month. You must have a flexible schedule and be available to work during the stated hours as needed. Schedules may be subject to change based on staffing or business needs.
