As a Business Development Manager, you are the face, voice, and trusted partner representing our fully integrated in-home healthcare model — serving as the primary point of contact for hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and key healthcare partners across the region.
Unlike most healthcare sales roles that focus on a single service line, you'll represent a complete in-home care ecosystem, including:
- Home health nursing & therapy
- Home-based primary care
- Personal care
- Chronic disease management care navigation
This gives you a true continuum-of-care solution that healthcare partners actually need to reduce readmissions, improve outcomes, and keep patients safely at home.
What You'll Do- Own and grow strategic referral relationships across the market
- Drive consistent referral volume through proactive outreach and relationship development
- Leverage your existing network to identify and manage chronic disease management opportunities
- Initiative-driven, adaptable go-getter who thrives in high-energy, mission-driven environments
- Extroverted, polished, and persuasive with a coachable, teachable mindset
- Strong local referral relationships already in place
- Confident navigating complex healthcare environments
- Equally strong at strategic thinking and daily execution
