ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead as a Regional Operations Manager:
- Drive operational performance across multiple Branch locations, ensuring consistency, accountability, and results
- Travel frequently to support Branch operations, fill critical role vacancies, and maintain business continuity
- Lead standardization of processes, policies, and best practices across all supported locations
- Ensure fulfillment of staffing plans, service commitments, and daily operational deliverables
- Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement action plans to improve outcomes across the region
- Coach, develop, and hold Administrators and Branch staff accountable for performance, compliance, and operational standards
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and training for new Operations hires, including ongoing development and gap analysis
- Serve as on-site leadership during industry surveys, ensuring readiness, compliance, and successful outcomes
- Stabilize new or underperforming Branches through targeted action plans, workflow improvements, and leadership support
- Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to assess performance, compliance, engagement, and service quality
- Resolve complex operational, staffing, and Client service challenges across multiple locations
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of Branch leadership to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Oversee new hire training to ensure consistency, readiness, and adoption of company practices
- Own execution of regional deliverables, reporting, and key operational initiatives
- Step in operationally as needed to support leadership coverage and maintain continuity
- Attend industry conferences and provide clear, actionable insights and reporting to Leadership
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing multiple locations
- At least 4 years progressive management experience in healthcare related field
- At least 4 years experience in home care, healthcare, or a related people service-based industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare

- Demonstrate strong commitment to compliance
- Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
- Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
