  • Develop and manage marketing forecasting models, pipeline targets, funnel metrics, and performance reporting to ensure visibility into growth and ROI.
  • Lead strategic planning and investment allocation across marketing technology, media spend, and campaign initiatives to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to align on targets, service-level agreements, routing strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Translate strategic priorities into scalable execution frameworks by collaborating with marketing operations and GTM engineering teams.
  • Oversee marketing systems, automation, workflows, and measurement infrastructure to support high-performing demand generation programs.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify gaps, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies for pipeline acceleration.
  • Support executive-level GTM planning discussions and contribute strategic recommendations that improve business performance and operational alignment.
Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing strategy, marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand generation leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, workflow orchestration tools, and data-driven GTM infrastructure.
  • Proven experience owning marketing pipeline targets, forecasting, funnel modeling, and revenue performance management.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel go-to-market strategies, including inbound, outbound, account-based marketing, and enterprise sales motions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, technology investments, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Marketing teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution and process optimization.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with base salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000 plus bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with work-from-home flexibility.
  • Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, and quarterly wellness days.
  • Wellness incentives and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Career growth opportunities within an innovative, fast-growing technology company.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages creativity, thought leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
  • Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI-powered marketing solutions used by major multi-location brands.
