The Grounds Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of outdoor grounds and landscaped areas. This includes lawn care, landscaping, minor repairs, and general upkeep of property grounds to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

• Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, watering, fertilizing, and weed control.
  
• Maintain walkways, parking lots, and outdoor common areas by sweeping, raking, blowing leaves, and removing trash and debris.
  
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, small tractors, snow removal equipment, etc.).
  
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards (fallen branches, icy walkways, uneven surfaces) and take corrective action or report issues.
  
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting walkways, leaf collection, and storm cleanup.
  
• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers in compliance with safety regulations and company policies (if certified/authorized).
  
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on groundskeeping tools and equipment.
  
• Other duties as determined.
