You will also serve as a key advocate for users, ensuring product decisions are grounded in insights, metrics, and long-term strategic value.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization, including product managers and UX designers, with responsibility for hiring, development, and performance management
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap, translating business goals, market opportunities, and customer insights into a clear execution plan
  • Define prioritization frameworks and manage end-to-end product planning, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term vision
  • Serve as the final decision-maker for product quality, ensuring all releases meet high standards of usability, performance, and impact
  • Partner closely with engineering and marketing to drive product development from ideation through launch and iteration
  • Champion the customer voice across the organization, ensuring user needs are embedded in all strategic and tactical decisions
  • Track and analyze product performance using KPIs, retention, engagement, and growth metrics to guide continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital or mobile products, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing product teams
  • Proven success launching and scaling consumer products from early-stage to widespread adoption
  • Strong ability to define and communicate product vision, influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Deep experience collaborating with engineering and design teams in agile, high-velocity environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and acting on product metrics and user behavior data
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range of $160,000 – $200,000 depending on experience and location
  • Performance-based incentives and bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Flexible Time Off policy, paid holidays, and Volunteer Time Off
  • Parental leave, family-building support, and caregiving benefits
  • Wellness programs and fitness reimbursement
  • Remote-friendly work arrangement with flexibility across U.S. locations.
