Job Description
Responsibilities
The community doula is responsible for creating relationships with families during pregnancy and the post-partum period. The doula provides education outreach and works to ensure that pregnant patients have access to wellness services, receive on going care and follow up, have access to services and provide emotional support during acute care admissions.
**This is a grant funded position**
Employment for this role is for a time-limited position and is therefore contingent upon sufficient funding. You will be required to review and acknowledge a Time-Limited Positions Employee Acknowledgement upon offer, which will provide you with important information pertaining to your employment with Norton Healthcare.
