Collision Centre Manager at Davis Automotive Group – Lethbridge, Alberta

Fix Auto in Lethbridge is seeking a results-driven and experienced Collision Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy, state of the art collision center in Lethbridge. In this role, overseeing a team of 40+ people, you will focus on maximizing productivity in the shop; ensuring quality and timely repairs as well as providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive and engaged workplace culture through motivating and developing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the body shop, including staff supervision, scheduling, workflow, and ensuring all targets are met
• Ensure high-quality collision repair and refinishing work is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers, including resolving issues as they may arise.
• Monitor KPIs including cycle time, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the collision repair industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing a large team (40+ people)
• Strong knowledge of repair processes, writing estimates and insurance procedures. A proven track record of working with insurance partners is a bonus.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Must have a valid driver’s license
