The QSR Regional Director is a field leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency across a multi-unit restaurant portfolio. This position serves as the critical bridge between corporate strategy and in-store execution, ensuring each location meets established standards for profitability, food safety, customer experience, and team development. The ideal candidate brings strong multi-unit QSR experience, disciplined P&L management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You'll Do:
The QSR Regional Director will lead and oversee all restaurant operations within an assigned region ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. This role is accountable for translating corporate strategy into actionable plans that drive sales growth, margin expansion, and an exceptional guest experience. This role will manage sales performance, gross margin, labor efficiency, EBITDA, and controllable expenses while identifying opportunities to improve results. The majority of time will be spent in the field—typically four to five days per week—conducting store visits, operational audits, leadership coaching, and hands-on training, with regular engagement at corporate to maintain alignment and reporting. Acting as the primary liaison between senior leadership and restaurant teams, the QSR Regional Director will ensure clear communication, accountability, and consistent execution across the region.
