About the Role

We are building a pipeline of Technical Business Analysts to support upcoming federal programs focused on system modernization, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions align with mission needs and implementations support secure, scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and document functional and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows and system specifications
• Facilitiate stakeholder meetings, workshops and requirements sessions
• Support modernization efforts including workflow automation and system integration
• Collaborate with developers, architects and project managers throughout the SDLC
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and usability
• Assist with testing activities including UAT planning and validation
• Maintain requirements traceability and documentation
• Support change management and user adoption efforts
• Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical or IT projects
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum or hybrid development environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and stakeholders
• Experience supporting system implementations, integrations or modernization efforts

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting federal programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Power Platform environments
• Experience with workflow automation or business process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting or dashboarding tools
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
• CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile-related certifications
