Job Type: Full-Time, Rotating Weekends

About the Role:

• The Housekeeper is the primary sanitary member of the administrative team, assuring cleanliness in all public areas and client rooms.
• Under the immediate supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean environment including common areas and clients’ rooms

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check.
• Satisfactory personal & professional references.
• Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients.
• Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, with seamless implementation, regardless to client demands. Intrinsic motivation, client-driven service disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, and basic computer skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, holiday and weekend rotation is REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all functions necessary to maintain cleanliness in individual client rooms, hallways, offices, and other common areas.
• Housekeeping duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, dusting fixtures, sanitizing furniture, empty wastebaskets, and biohazardous waste containers.
• Maintain Client laundry on weekly rotations.
• Adheres to training and development standards set forth by Hickory, Joint Commission, and State Regulations

Compensation: $14.00-$16.00/hr
