As an Irrigation Install Crew Member, you'll play a key role in installing high-quality irrigation systems that keep properties healthy, efficient, and thriving. From trenching and pipe installation to setting controllers and fine-tuning system performance, you'll gain hands-on experience in a skilled trade that combines problem-solving, teamwork, and technical know-how.

What You'll Do

Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties
Lay out and connect piping, valves, and controllers based on blueprints or design specs
Test irrigation systems for proper coverage and function; make necessary adjustments
Perform seasonal irrigation maintenance, including system startups and winterizations
Maintain and clean irrigation equipment regularly
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist with other property maintenance or installation services as needed

You're a great fit if:

You have experience with irrigation installation and troubleshooting (Not required)
You are a dependable and self-motivated team player
You have attention to detail and enjoy seeing results
You enjoy being outside
You're comfortable using hand tools and equipment
You have a willingness to learn and grow, training is provided!
You have the ability to pass a background check and E-Verify.

Physical Requirements:

Lift/push 50–75 pounds regularly and move up to 100 pounds as needed
Stand, bend, climb, and move for most of your workday
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
