What You’ll Do as a Restaurant Assistant Manager

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant while inspiring and supporting your team. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead by Example: Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Work Environment:

Store Conditions:

• Counter areas often hot with steam from induction table

• Hot kitchens with high noise levels

• Limited workspace depending on location

Physical Requirements:

• Remains standing for long periods of time

• Reaches across counter tops measured at 36 inches

• Occasionally reaches high storage shelving with use of step ladder

• Performs repetitive tasks

• Cross training may include use of Chinese cook knife, wok, and other restaurant equipment

• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment with hot and cold foods
