We are seeking a motivated and driven Clinical Supervisor-in-Training (BCBA Candidate) to join our partner clinic in Central Phoenix, AZ. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support: Assist BCBAs with functional behavior assessments (FBA), treatment planning, and data analysis
Direct Intervention: Maintain a reduced RBT caseload while transitioning into supervisory responsibilities
Program Development: Develop skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under BCBA mentorship
Caregiver Collaboration: Participate in parent training sessions to promote skill generalization across environments
Mentorship & Leadership: Lead by example for junior RBTs and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Professional Growth: Actively accrue supervised fieldwork hours while preparing to sit for the BCBA exam within 6–12 months
Qualifications Required
Education: Master’s degree completed in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Certification Path: Currently accruing supervised fieldwork hours and planning to sit for the BCBA exam within 6–12 months
Professional Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication abilities
