• We are looking for a Full-time BDC Representative for our sales department who will be responsible for successfully following up with customers after their vehicle inquiries, handling inbound phone calls and scheduling sales appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
• Answer incoming calls
• Answer customer online inquires by email, phone, and text
• Follow up & reschedule no show appointments
• Follow up with customers to ensure their visit was to satisfaction
• Work with our sales department to ensure customers' needs are being met.
• Reach sales and appointment goals
