Position Summary:

TheLoan Documentation Specialist prepares in-house loan documents utilizing thebank's documentation system, Compliance One. The person in this role will alsoassist with processing all business express loansreceived through the bank's digital loan origination system. All loandocuments must be prepared in accordance with loan approvals, regulatoryrequirements, and Bank policies and procedures. To achieve success, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty listed below with a high degree of proficiency and understandingof loan documentation requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Preparein-house loan documentation for new loans, extensions, renewals, and modifications.

· Conducts reviews ofprepared loan documents to ensure all terms and conditions match what wasapproved.

· Abilityto analyze loan structure for loan requests as per bank approvals.

· Reviewloan documentation packages submitted by the Loan Administrator.

· Reviewall types of collateral being taken and searches provided to ensure Bank's ability to perfect its requiredposition.

· Reviewall formation documentation such as Articles of Inc., Certificate of Formation,By-Laws, Operating Agreements, Partnership Agreements and Certificates ofTrust, etc. to ensure accuracy of loan documentation.

· Process business express loan applications and documentsto ensure the proper generation of loan documents receivedthrough the bank's digital loan origination system.

· Send closing packages forbusiness express loan customers electronically utilizing the bank's digitalloan origination system or DocuSign.

· Create fee sheets andinitiate loan funding via WireExchange.

· Accuratelyinput data into Compliance One Lending platform and generate loan documents as perthe bank's Presentation for Approvals, Loan Closing Checklists, and EntityFormation Documents.

· Reviewdraft loan documents prepared by co-worker for accuracy and completeness.

· Providefinal approved loan documentation packages to the Commercial Loan Administrator and/or Relationship Managerfor execution.

· Anyadditional duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Carryout responsibilities with professionalism and respect for others in accordancewith the Bank's policies.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and theability to navigate the Bank's computer-based systems.

Educationand/or Experience:

· Experience in commerciallending with loan operations or paralegal experience or loan closingenvironment and able to perform loan documentation activities satisfactorily.

· Minimum highschool diploma required.

Salary Range - $52,000-$60,000
