Roolee is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand known for effortless style, curated collections, and a strong community of shoppers who love discovering what’s new. We’re looking for a creative, trend-obsessed TikTok Content Creator to help us grow our social presence and bring our brand to life through engaging short-form video.

If you live on TikTok, love fashion, and know how to make scroll-stopping content — this job is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create daily TikTok content featuring Roolee clothing, new arrivals, styling ideas, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Film, edit, and post short-form videos optimized for TikTok (and repurpose for Reels & Shorts)
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and viral formats and quickly adapt them to Roolee’s brand voice
• Develop creative ideas like:
  • Outfit styling videos
  • “Get ready with me”
  • Try-ons and hauls
  • Store life & behind-the-scenes
  • Trend reactions
  • New collection launches
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Analyze video performance and iterate based on engagement and views
• Occasionally appear on camera as the face of the brand

• “5 outfits from our new spring drop ”
• “3 dresses every girl needs this summer”
• “What I’d wear to brunch, church, and a date”
• “$50 Roolee outfit challenge”
• “POV: you walk into Roolee and everything is cute”

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for fashion, styling, and social media
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture and trends
• Comfortable filming yourself and others on camera
• Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Creative storyteller with strong instincts for what makes content go viral
• Self-starter who can generate content ideas consistently

Bonus if you:

• Have grown a TikTok account before
• Have experience with fashion content
• Understand TikTok hooks and retention strategies
