Title: Steel Shipping Supervisor
Location: Cocoa Beach, FL
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay rate: $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage steel movement and shipping operations within a fast-paced fabrication environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, safety-conscious, and experienced in material handling and shop logistics.

• Oversee and coordinate daily steel movement, staging, and workflow within the shop
• Operate cranes and forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate documentation
• Train and guide team members on rigging practices, equipment usage, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while reinforcing safety standards

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel handling or industrial material movement (lead or supervisory experience is a plus)
• Experience operating cranes and forklifts (certifications preferred)
• Basic knowledge of rigging techniques and ability to interpret fabrication drawings
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
