- 6+ months of restaurant industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or shift-lead role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, restaurant operations, and P&L management.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams at all levels.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of employment laws (federal, state, and local).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally as needed.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
- Be able to work outside for prolonged periods, in all weather conditions
- Use of standard restaurant equipment (headsets, registers, grills) and adherence to brand guidelines.
- College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
