About This Position
Job Title: Head Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Develop and update menu offerings, incorporating innovative dishes and seasonal ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in accordance with health regulations
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, marketing, and customer service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Manage BOH and FOH
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in multiple cuisines and modern cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Relevant culinary certifications or degrees preferred

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus
