What You'll Do

• Run consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and present the firm's legal solutions clearly and confidently
• Convert qualified leads into retained clients by building trust and communicating value
• Collect detailed client information through active listening and targeted questions
• Collaborate with attorneys and senior consultants to ensure accurate case guidance
• Guide clients through contract signing and initial payment collection
• Maintain organized records and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish — written and verbal (required)
• 6+ months of experience in sales, client intake, or a consultative role
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex information for clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Immigration or legal experience is a plus, but not required
