RN Responsibilities

• Deliver care according to the Nurse Practice Act and federal/state regulations
• Complete admission and periodic assessments on residents
• Update care plans as needed, based on condition changes or regulatory requirements
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Provide physician-ordered medical treatments
• Supervise residents who self-administer medications
• Monitor and report condition changes to physicians and supervisors
• Follow residents' Advance Directives
• Support residents with nutritional/hydration needs
• Assist during meals and with feeding if necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information

Qualifications and Skills

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience (2+ years preferred)
• Comfortable working in various facility settings and adapting quickly
• Additional documentation requirements will be outlined during onboarding
