London - Shift Lead at Dott – England, Arkansas

Dott is headquartered in Amsterdam and is now operating in 13 cities across, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Poland, and soon the UK.

What you will do:

• The Shift Lead job requires candidates to maximize e-bike/scooter availability in the field.
• The Shift Lead is responsible for managing the in-flow and outflow of vehicles to/from the warehouse as they cycle through charging and safety inspection protocols.
• The Shift Lead is responsible for assigning tasks to Field technicians (FTs) such as battery swaps, vehicle repositioning, and vehicle recollection.
• Additionally, the Shift Lead is responsible for oversight of customer support/city communication channels to address vehicle-related complaints in a time-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Fleet Operations Manager to develop shift strategy and monitor/report shift metrics
• Dispatch FTsin vans and cargo bikes to distribute/collect e-bikes/scooters and perform battery swaps
• Identify, document, and coordinate with FTs to recover e-bikes/scooters requiring in-house repair
• Oversee in-warehouse inspections and plan the redistribution of e-bikes/scooters
• Communicate with customer service and coordinate with FTsto respond to incidents and complaints in the field
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following safe work practices and procedures
• Document damage to vans and equipment
• Train FTs on best practices on all e-bike/scooter related operations
• Ability/flexibility to work non-standard/unsociablehours including weekends

Requirements

• Clean DBS check for the past 5 years
• Intermediate computer knowledge (Google Suite spreadsheets, documents, web browser, emails, etc.)
• Familiarity with using smartphones/technology
• Experience in a leadership position / working effectively in a team-centered environment
• (Preferred) Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• (Preferred) Experience driving a variety of vehicle types
