Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned analytics leader with deep product analytics expertise, strong technical fluency, and proven experience scaling high-performing data teams in fast-paced environments.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong expertise in product analytics, including A/B testing, experimentation design, and user behavior analysis.
  • Deep understanding of product and business metrics, with a proven ability to influence product roadmaps through data.
  • Strong business acumen, ideally with experience in marketplace dynamics or two-sided platforms.
  • Technical fluency in modern data stacks, including Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools such as Looker or Hex.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear strategic narratives.
  • Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup or scale-up environments.
  • Strong ability to build structure, processes, and high-performing teams in evolving organizations.
  • Experience in healthcare data or advanced quantitative education (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, MBA) is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive-level compensation package
  • Opportunity to shape company-wide data strategy and analytics vision
