- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Support teams to design scalable systems and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and performance metrics to ensure processes are standardized, measurable, and scalable.
- Prepare leadership-ready materials, translating complex operational and analytical insights into clear recommendations for business reviews and strategic decision-making.
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a highly analytical role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or financial services environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence or analytics tools for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience or exposure to fintech, payments, banking, or regulated environments, including familiarity with onboarding, KYC/KYB, risk, or compliance processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute on high-impact operational opportunities independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact, global-scale operational and strategic initiatives.
- Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and risk functions.
- Dynamic, fast-paced work environment with strong learning and career development opportunities.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and employee support programs.
- Flexible and collaborative work culture within a globally distributed team.
