This role is focused on ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of complex Salesforce ecosystems within a highly collaborative and innovation-driven environment. You will be responsible for validating advanced Salesforce customizations, integrations, and end-to-end business flows across multiple systems. The position plays a key role in embedding quality early in the development lifecycle, working closely with Agile teams to ensure solutions meet both technical standards and business expectations. You will contribute to the delivery of scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications by identifying risks, improving test strategies, and ensuring robust release quality. - Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define comprehensive test coverage within Salesforce environments
- Design, develop, and maintain functional and non-functional test plans and scenarios tailored to Salesforce solutions
- Validate Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Perform end-to-end integration testing across APIs, middleware, and third-party systems connected to Salesforce
- Execute regression testing for releases, enhancements, patches, and sprint deliveries
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps, prioritizing based on risk and business impact
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support UAT processes with clear quality recommendations
- Contribute to overall quality strategy by identifying systemic risks and improving testing practices across the Salesforce ecosystem
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a QA Analyst or Senior QA working with Salesforce platforms
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Industry Clouds
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce technical components (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
- Strong experience with API testing (REST and SOAP) and system integration validation
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce Governor Limits and platform constraints
- Ability to define and influence quality strategies in complex, integrated environments
- Experience working with defect management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar)
- Nice to have: experience with test automation tools such as Provar, Copado, or Selenium
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
