This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products used across the global healthcare and life sciences ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering teams to define and execute QA strategies that guarantee smooth product functionality at scale. The position involves designing and improving testing processes, identifying defects early, and ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality releases. You will contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts, leveraging modern QA tools and AI-assisted workflows. Operating in a fast-paced, agile environment, you will collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to enhance user experience and product stability. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly supports data quality and product excellence in a global context.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes to ensure products meet defined standards for quality, performance, and reliability before release.
• Execute and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, analyze, and track defects, recurring issues, and system inconsistencies, while recommending effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to communicate quality standards, testing outcomes, and release readiness.
• Review client feedback and user insights to identify improvement opportunities and enhance product quality.
• Support release management activities and ensure clear communication of testing outcomes to stakeholders.
• Leverage automation and AI-assisted testing tools to improve efficiency and expand test coverage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in QA and test automation roles.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
• Experience with or interest in AI-assisted QA tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
