Junior Product Manager in Milan, Illinois at Prima

To help fuel that growth, we’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our product teams.

At Prima, Product Managers help teams make better decisions by bringing clarity, structure, and a strong focus on users, business impact, and technology. As part of the product team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our initiatives and internal products, to achieve concrete business solutions and outcomes. You will grow your product skills working on concrete problems, closely partnering with engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

• Support product discovery by contributing to qualitative and quantitative analysis, user research, and synthesis of insights.
• Collaborate on day-to-day delivery activities within a cross-functional squad, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and analytics.
• Contribute to planning by helping structure scope, track progress, and surface risks or dependencies early.
• Test new features and make sure delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Define and monitor success metrics for the features you support, helping the team learn from launches and iterate.
